Tires, estimates, and availability

Displayed tire prices are retail estimates for the indicated quantity. Installation, applicable tax, and any additional approved services affect your final balance. Inventory can change. We confirm product availability and the final scope before installation.

Deposits and installation requests

The tire checkout shows the deposit due before you proceed to Stripe. The current standard deposit is $25 per tire unless a different amount is shown and confirmed by the server. A paid deposit is applied toward your order; the remaining balance is due at installation. An installation preference is a request until the shop confirms it. A deposit does not automatically reserve a Tekmetric time slot.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

To cancel or reschedule, call at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposit refund eligibility depends on timing and whether tires were ordered. We will explain the options when you contact us. Return eligibility and any special-order restrictions depend on the product and order status. We will explain applicable terms before you authorize an order. If a displayed price or availability changes, we will contact you to discuss options rather than substitute a product without your agreement.

Online payments

Stripe processes online payments. A checkout redirect or booking request alone is not proof of payment. We display a paid confirmation only after verification. If verification is delayed, contact us before attempting to pay again.

Gift cards

Skyline gift cards are redeemable in store only, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash except as required by law. Keep your gift code secure and contact us for a balance check, redemption help, or purchase questions.

Repairs and booking

Repair estimates depend on vehicle inspection and the requested work. We seek approval before additional work. Booking availability is managed through Tekmetric; use the booking confirmation or contact the shop to confirm a visit.

Financing providers

Third-party financing or lease-to-own applications are handled by the linked providers. Eligibility, costs, and terms are determined by those providers. Review their disclosures before applying.
